Please also have a copy of your most recent bill statement available, as you may require information from this document to complete the registration.

Limitation on Accounts
The e.Service online registration process restricts users to a maximum of 4 customer accounts. If you have more than 4 accounts to register you may use one of the following alternative signup methods:

• Download the e.Service application form, complete and fax to our offices at 436-5036.
• Apply in person at any Cable & Wireless location
• For business customers, please contact your Account Manager to register for e.Service
