When you provide us with personal information including your credit card information in order to use e.Service such information is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.
- Unique User ID and Password Security Questions and Answers
To further secure your personal information :
We cross check a user id with the submitted password to validate access to any e.Service customer account.
We do not allow auser id to be associated with more than one e.Service account. When a new e.Service account is created , we require you to submit a user id that is not associated with an existing e.Service account.
We also require you to select a series of security questions and input the respective security answers which you can use to access your account in the event you forget your password. Customers who created a e.Service account without selecting the security questions and respective answers, are urged to do so by logging into your account and clicking the “Customer Administration”, select "Change Your Security Questions/Answers" and follow the instructions.
We encourage you to use a password and a security answer that is not easily determinable . Keep your password and security answer secure ; do not share it with anyone. The user id, password and security answer are the "keys" to your account; anyone who gets these "keys" can, gain access to your account .
If you forget your password, to gain access to your account you will need to know your user id and security answer. Click on the Forgot your password? link and then type in the user id of the account you would like to open along with the security questions. A message will be sent to the e-mail address on your e.Service account with your password.
- Remember to sign out
To further prevent unauthorized access to your account, remember that, after you sign in, you should sign out once you have (i) completed your payment transaction, (i) completed managing your account, or (iii) decided to step away from your computer. Anyone who accesses your computer after you have signed in but before you have either signed out or your session has timed-out can access your account.

Internet, you still can pay your bill by visiting any of our payment centres islandwide.
