- What is e.Service?
e.Service is a new, powerful and innovative service from Cable & Wireless which enables customers to view and download their fixed line, mobile and Internet bills on the Internet. In addition, they can pay any of their bills using their VISA or Mastercard credit cards.
e.Service provides a secure way for customers to analyse their bills, keep track of payments, and view unbilled charges.
- How can I access e.Service?
e.Service is a secure, password protected facility therefore you will need a username and password to access your billing information.
Residential Customers : you can either visit any Cable & Wireless office to apply or register online to receive a username and initial password. When you signup online you need to enter the account number(s) and service number(s) of the accounts you wish to access. Your account number is the 12 digit number at the top of your bill, and your service number is either your fixed line telephone number, mobile number or BGI number. e.Service will allow you to enter a maximum of four (4) accounts through the online registration facility. If you need to access more than four (4) accounts, please visit any Cable & Wireless office or call 1 800 804 2994. Your registration will be validated and you receive a confirmation email once it is completed.
Corporate Customers : You can contact either your account representative or call 1 800 804 2994 for further assistance.
Once you have obtained a username and password, you can immediately login to e.Service and view your bills.
- How can I add more accounts to be able to view more bills on e.Service account?
To be able view your bills from additional accounts on e.Service, call 1 800 804 2994. Be sure to have your bills handy. You will be asked to provide account numbers, service numbers, name, address and a form of identification.
- What is the difference between e.Account and e.Service?
e.Service incorporates the existing functionality of the previous service e.Account but will include more features in the future. Existing e.Account users can login to e.Service using their existing usernames and passwords.
- How do I print and download bills?
To print a bill, simply use the print function in your browser. To download a bill, click the corresponding “Download” button and follow the instructions shown
- How long will bills be kept on the e.Service website?
Bills will be kept for sixteen (16) months on the website.
- Will my mailed bill statements stop after I signup to access them on the e.Service website?
No, they will continue to receive detailed bill statements after you have activated e.Service service.
- Can I request a detailed bill statement after Cable & Wireless has withdrawn these statements, even if I have already registered for e.Service?
You will receive summarized bill statements after registering for e.Service service. Details are presented in your Online Bill. However detailed statements can be provided at Cable & Wireless's sole discretion.
- How can I change my e.Service password?
You can change your password online at www.cweservice.com.bb by clicking the "Change Password" link. You will be prompted to enter your old password and then the new one your desire. It is recommended that you change your passwords frequently to protect your information.
- Can I change my Username?
Yes, you can change your username by clicking the “Change Username” link on the e.Service website. You will be required to enter the password for the username, the old username and then the new one you desire.
- What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link. This will ask you a series of secret questions which you would have setup at the time of registration. Once your answers to these questions are correct, your password will be emailed to you at the email address you supplied.
- Can I use e.Service to pay my bills while traveling outside the country?
Yes, you can use this service anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the Internet.
- What types of credit cards are accepted?
Currently only VISA or MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
- If I have a query about my bills, what can I do?
Call 1 800 804 2994 to resolve any bill queries that you may have.
- What should I do if I want to terminate access to e.Service?

- Will the system be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
From time to time, we will need to carry out maintenance on our servers and billing system. During this period, you may experience a disruption in the service. We will notify you in advance of any planned outages.
- How should I report problems?

- What computer equipment do they need to use e.Service?
A personal computer with Internet access and a browser are necessary. For the computer specifications, refer to the specifications recommendation for the Internet service. For customers with very large bills (>50 pages) consider getting High Speed Internet access. To obtain Internet access, visit any Cable & Wireless office or authorized agent or call 1 800 804 2994.
- What web browsers support the e.Service website?
Netscape Communicator 4.08 or above, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or above are necessary.
- What monitor display resolution should I use with the web site?
For best resolution, set the monitor display resolution to 800x600 pixels or higher. With lower resolutions, they'll experience a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of their browser.
